In Paris, French researcher Marie-Pierre Valkman (Mariam Abu-Zahab) left Paris on November 2, 2017 after a conflict with the disease. The deceased recommended her burial in Najaf. At an early age, Abu al-Zahab converted to Islam and was particularly interested the issue of Sunni-Shiite relations in Pakistan and Afghanistan. She studied political science in Paris and worked as a researcher and professor at the Institute of Eastern Languages ​​and Civilizations.  He was  active in the international arena in general and French in particular in showing the nature of Sunni-Shiite relations and their relationship to the regional conflict that led to the perpetration of atrocities against innocents.
