UNESCO Chair Director Dr. Hassan Nadhem participated in a conference on educational reform to counter violent extremism in the Arab region on the 29th – 30th, September 2016 in Beirut, Lebanon.
This conference was organized by Al-Adyan Institute in partnership with the Arab Thought Forum in Amman; they gathered forty education policy-makers in the region to reach a set of recommendations concerning educational policies in the area of citizenship, coexistence and promotion in the Arab countries.
