UNESCO Chair Organizes a Round Table Discussion with “the Task Force on the Future of Iraq” – Atlantic Council (USA) in the 21st March 2016

 

The UNESCO Chair for the Development of Interreligious Dialogue Studies in the Islamic World held a roundtable discussion in collaboration with Atlantic Council (United States), we were honored by the presence of historians, analysts and Iraq experts such “Toby Dodge, Director of the LSE Middle East Center , Nussaibah Younis, Senior Resident Fellow, Christine Van Den Toorn, Director of Institute for Regional and International Studies, American University of Sulaimani, Iraq, Ahmed Ali, Senior Fellow, American University of Sulaimani, Iraq, Nibras Kazimi, Visiting Scholar, Hudson Institute, Sajad Jiyad, Executive Director of the Bayan Center, Kawa Hassan, MENA Director at the EastWest Institute, Hayder al-Khoei, Associate Fellow, Chatham House, Harith Hassan Visiting Scholar from Brandeis University.

The Atlantic Council reunited them in the program entitled the Task Force on the Future of Iraq. The guests and Kufa professors shared views and thoughts regarding Iraq after ISIS.
