The UNESCO Chair for Dialogue at Kufa University participated in the International Conference on (Humanities and Prospects for Service to Society), organized by the University of Al-Mustansiriyah for the period from27 to 28 April 2021) with the broad participation of Iraqi and Arab universities.

 where Dr. Alaa Shatnan, the Director of the UNESCO Chair for Dialogue participated in the Conference by a Research on the relationship between literature and society, and the dichotomy of anthropological place and Non-Places in the sense of the French philosopher Marc Augé in a socio-historical study. it seeks to uncover the anthropological and historical experiences devoted to research against the concepts of anthropological place and Non-Places, modernity, and Super modernity and their implications for society and literature.
