The UNESCO Chair Participates in a Workshop on “Active Inclusive Citizenship.”

The UNESCO Chair for Dialogue at Kufa University participated in the workshop held in Baghdad about “Active Inclusive Citizenship” on October 7, 2022. It was sponsored by the Adyan Foundation and represented by the UNESCO Chair in the workshop, Dr. Tahsin Fadil Abbas. The workshop concluded with the presentation of special recommendations on the following topics:
•Equality of citizens.
•Clans and the law.
•Transparency of government institutions’ work.
•Improving the economic and social situations of women in public life.
•Iraqi minorities’ rights.
