UNESCO Chair Participates in the Activities of the Conference on Strategies for Building Peace in the Face of Extremism and Terrorism

Dr. Raed Abees, a member of the UNESCO Chair, participated in the preparations for the conference “Strategies for Building Peace in the Face of Extremism and Terrorism,” organized by the University of Kufa, the Islamic University, and Al-Imam Al-Kadhim University. His involvement was part of the efforts of the conference’s scientific committee, as well as his attendance at the opening activities held at the Grand Hall of the University of Kufa on Monday, April 21, 2024.

He also contributed to evaluating the research papers submitted to the conference, chaired the first research session held at the Martyr Muhammad Baqir Al-Sadr Hall, and participated in drafting the conference’s recommendations.
