A member of the UNESCO Chair for Interreligious Dialogue at the University of Kufa Honored by Al-Noor University College in Mosul

Al-Noor University College in Mosul honored, on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, Assistant Professor Dr. Raed Abis, member of the UNESCO Chair for Interreligious Dialogue at the University of Kufa, in recognition of his distinguished participation in a symposium entitled “Cultural Diversity and Its Role in Promoting Opportunities for Peaceful Coexistence,” organized by the College of Law.

This symposium comes as part of the ongoing efforts to cultivate awareness of the vital role that cultural diversity plays in nurturing social harmony, fostering dialogue among Iraq’s diverse communities, and strengthening the foundations of peaceful coexistence.
