UNESCO Chair Participates in The Conference about The Departure of Mr. Saleh Al-Hakim

Dr. Alaa Shattnan, Director of the UNESCO Chair for Dialogue at Kufa University, participated in the Imam Al Hussein Foundation Conference about “Saleh al-Hakim and his interactive and humanitarian impact” on Saturday, December 10,2022.

Many religious institutions and individuals participated and were present, Dr. Shatnan explains that Mr. Saleh al-Hakim had an active and influential role in advocating dialogue and peacebuilding and encouraging peaceful coexistence among all Iraqi people. This conference is a reminder of his efforts and his pioneering initiatives in tolerance and peacebuilding during Iraq’s difficult circumstances.
